Job Title: Junior Marketing Executive – F&B

Position Summary
The Junior Marketing Executive will support the planning and execution of marketing activities for the company’s food and beverage outlets. The role will assist with social media management, content creation, promotional campaigns, events, partnerships, and day-to-day marketing coordination.
The ideal candidate should be creative, organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about the F&B and hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for restaurants, cafés, bars, and F&B promotions.
- Assist in promoting seasonal offers, new menus, special events, brunches, and dining experiences.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, artwork requirements, approvals, and promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
Social Media and Content
- Assist in managing social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Prepare content calendars, captions, stories, and promotional posts.
- Coordinate food photography, videography, and content shoots.
- Ensure content is posted according to the approved schedule.
- Respond to basic customer comments and messages in a professional manner.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
Design and Marketing Materials
- Coordinate with graphic designers and agencies to develop menus, posters, flyers, digital banners, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all marketing materials follow brand guidelines.
- Review artwork, pricing, offers, and information before publication.
- Maintain an organised library of marketing assets and photographs.
Events and Promotions
- Support the coordination of F&B events, launches, tastings, themed evenings, and promotional activities.
- Liaise with operations teams to ensure campaign and event requirements are communicated clearly.
- Assist with influencer visits, media invitations, and brand collaborations.
- Support on-site event coordination when required.
Digital Marketing
- Assist with email marketing, website updates, online listings, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate updates on Google Business Profile, delivery platforms, and restaurant listing websites.
- Support paid social media and digital advertising activities.
- Track engagement, reach, leads, reservations, and campaign results.
Market Research and Reporting
- Conduct competitor research on offers, pricing, promotions, and social media activities.
- Gather customer feedback and identify marketing opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Maintain campaign records, marketing calendars, and promotional databases.
Administrative Support
- Raise purchase requests and coordinate invoices with the Finance department.
- Follow up with suppliers, printers, agencies, photographers, and other vendors.
- Maintain records of marketing expenses and campaign activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Manager.

Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- One to two years of marketing experience is preferred; fresh graduates with relevant internships may also be considered.
- Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Fluent written and spoken English is required.
- Flexibility to support events during evenings, weekends, or public holidays when required.
