Female E-Commerce & Marketing Executive — Onsite in UAE

We are looking for a talented and proactive Female E-Commerce & Marketing Executive to join our team onsite in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily e-commerce operations and online orders
• Communicate professionally with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and social media
• Confirm customer orders and maintain proper follow-up
• Handle customer queries, complaints and after-sales support
• Plan and execute social media and digital marketing activities
• Research trending and profitable products for our online store
• Assist with product listings, descriptions, pricing and promotions
• Suggest creative ideas for building the company and founder’s personal brand
• Create content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms
• Coordinate with the internal team to improve sales and customer experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or customer service
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic or Urdu/Hindi is a plus
• Good understanding of social media platforms and online selling
• Confident in speaking with customers and confirming orders
• Creative, responsible, organized and sales-focused
• Basic knowledge of Shopify, Meta Ads, Canva, or similar tools is preferred
• Must be available for a full-time, onsite position in the UAE
