Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to join our vibrant HR team. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent across various levels and functions to meet organizational needs. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will ensure we attract, engage, and hire high-caliber candidates efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruiting efforts, from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Facilitating recruitment and interview process as per TRSS SOP.
• Scheduling meeting and interviews as requested.
• Maintaining records and information.
• Drafting and preparing correspondence.
• Arranging for orientation and induction sessions.
• Maintaining colleagues’ personal data as per company format for new and existing and keep it in safe and proper order.
• Keep updated all the records and documentation for colleagues and dependents documents in HRIS.(i.e., airport pass, resident card, visa and passport details).
• Verifying and uploading colleague documents in personal file in a timely manner.
• Arranging documents for new colleagues and enter details in HRIS.
• Liaise with the insurance company in obtaining medial insurance cards for new recruits.
• Submitting documents to PRO team for visa and airport pass processing
• Maintaining weekly recruitment updates.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or human resources with a focus on full cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, and contracts management.
• Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing techniques including social media management and research methods for lead generation.
• Experience in technical recruiting or high-volume recruitment campaigns is preferred.
• Ability to build relationships quickly through relationship management skills and social media marketing (recruitment).
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
