We're working with a leading financial institution in Abu Dhabi's capital markets space to find a polished, proactive Executive Assistant to support a senior Division Chief.

Discover the Role

This is a high-trust, high-visibility role sitting at the heart of a dynamic division. You'll manage the Chief's calendar, communications, and strategic coordination — ensuring the division runs with precision and professionalism.

• Managing a complex executive calendar with full schedule awareness and punctuality.
• Handling all email and call correspondence — prioritising, drafting, and resolving matters independently.
• Coordinating travel arrangements and logistics.
• Planning and organising on-site and off-site meetings, conferences, and industry events.
• Preparing briefs, reports, and materials for high-level engagements.
• Documenting and distributing meeting minutes to relevant stakeholders.
• Acting as the communication bridge between the Chief, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Maintaining the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
• Supporting expense reporting, document management, and ad hoc projects.

Discover the Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a Securities or Stock Exchange environment or similar operations.
• Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail.
• Confident managing up and communicating across all levels of seniority.
• Discreet, professional, and calm under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
