Position Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist – Assistant Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data while providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will work closely with various departments, helping to organize information, prepare documents, manage records, and support internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry

• Accurately enter, update, and verify data into company databases, spreadsheets, and management systems.
• Review data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before submission.
• Correct errors and resolve discrepancies by communicating with relevant team members.
• Maintain electronic records and ensure data is properly organized and securely stored.
• Perform regular data audits to ensure database integrity.

Administrative Support

• Provide administrative assistance to managers and team members.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain digital files, reports, and documentation.
• Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments when required.
• Assist with document preparation, formatting, and proofreading.
• Support onboarding and general administrative processes.

Record Management

• Maintain confidential employee, client, and company records.
• Organize digital filing systems for efficient access and retrieval.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data security and confidentiality.
• Archive outdated records in accordance with company procedures.

Communication Coordination

• Respond professionally to internal administrative requests.

Required Qualifications
