We are seeking an experienced Investment Dealer / Capital Markets Associate to support regulated investment activities, treasury, capital markets and strategic transactions. This is not a graduate or junior analyst role. Candidates must have a minimum of five years' experience in securities dealing, capital markets, investment banking, treasury or asset management.
Role Purpose
The Capital Markets & Investment Associate will support the Group's investment activities through financial analysis, securities markets support, treasury coordination, capital markets transactions and regulatory initiatives.
Working closely with senior leadership, the role will assist with investment opportunities, financial modelling, market research, funding initiatives, investor materials and regulatory processes while ensuring high standards of governance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities Investment & Capital Markets
- Support the execution of investment opportunities and strategic transactions.
- Assist with capital markets activities including debt and equity funding initiatives.
- Prepare investment analysis, valuations and financial models.
- Support due diligence activities and transaction execution.
- Monitor financial markets and identify relevant market developments.
Financial Analysis & Modelling
- Build and maintain financial models.
- Prepare investment appraisals and valuation analysis.
- Conduct scenario analysis and financial forecasting.
- Analyse investment performance and financial returns.
- Produce reports and recommendations for senior management.
Treasury Support
- Support treasury activities including liquidity monitoring and cash management.
- Assist with funding and capital allocation initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Treasury function on settlement and funding requirements.
- Support financial market activities where required.
Regulatory & Licensing
- Support regulatory applications and ongoing licensing requirements.
- Assist with preparation of documentation for regulatory submissions.
- Ensure activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support AML, KYC and compliance processes.
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory standards.
Investor & Stakeholder Support
Assist in preparing

Candidate ProfileEssential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, Mathematics or a related discipline.
Essential Experience
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience gained within one or more of the following:

- Bloomberg, Refinitiv or similar financial market systems.

This role offers exposure to capital markets, securities transactions, treasury, corporate finance, investment analysis and strategic transactions, working directly with senior executives.
The successful candidate must be capable of satisfying the regulatory competency and fit-and-proper requirements to support an Investment Dealer licence application in Mauritius.
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
