Business customer onboarding support for Walk ins.

Experience Center operationalizationGrow volume and value of transactions at the Experience centres.

• Upselling and cross selling all products and services to walk-ins
• Daily Float reconciliations for each Point of Service
• Customer Service Support
• Interact with customers in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner, actively listening to their concerns, inquiries, and feedback.present our product in convincing manner.

Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectivelyEscalate walk-in customer issues and follow through for timely resolutions.

Performance tracking and evaluationReview the progress on actual vs target per KPI per POSStrive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.

Collaborate with other Service Ambassadors, as well as cross-functional teams such as sales, technical support, or back-office operations, sales operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

ReportingDaily update to the line manager about activities of the day while recording major customer issues. Previous experience in cashiering or financial services in sales (UAE or home country experience accepted).

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
