Role Description

The Customer Service Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social channels, ensuring timely and accurate information on orders, subscriptions, delivery, and meal plans. The executive will handle complaints and escalations, resolve issues, and follow up to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Daily responsibilities include updating customer records, coordinating with operations and delivery teams, and providing feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience. The role also requires clear communication about products, promotions, and policies while maintaining a professional, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
• Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support, preferably in food, hospitality, or e-commerce environments.
• Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction, with a track record of resolving issues and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Background in Customer Service Management or exposure to service workflows, ticketing systems, and performance metrics is an advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages commonly used in the UAE are a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with basic digital tools such as CRM systems, order management platforms, and standard office software.
• Previous experience in the UAE market and understanding of local customer expectations is beneficial.
