Medical Coding Trainer

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and practical training in Medical Coding.
• Teach ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and medical terminology.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
• Guide students through coding exercises and real-world case studies.
• Support students in preparing for certification exams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field.
• Certification such as CPC (Certified Professional Coder), CCS, or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, medical terminology, anatomy, and healthcare documentation.
• Previous teaching or training experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be available to work in Abu Dhabi.
