THE TEAM

The Food & Beverage team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi creates memorable dining and social experiences through exceptional service, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Our bars are vibrant spaces where creativity, product knowledge, and genuine hospitality come together to deliver elevated guest experiences.

As a Bartender, you will report to the Assistant Beverage Manager and work closely with the bar and service teams to ensure the highest standards of beverage quality and guest satisfaction.

YOUR ROLE

As a Bartender, you will craft and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering attentive, personalized service that reflects Rosewood’s standards of luxury hospitality.

You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional product knowledge, ensuring operational excellence behind the bar, and creating engaging guest experiences through your passion for beverages, attention to detail, and natural hospitality.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Prepare and serve beverages with consistency, precision, and adherence to brand standards
• Engage guests with confidence, offering recommendations and creating memorable experiences through personalized service
• Maintain expert knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverage offerings
• Ensure the bar is clean, organized, fully stocked, and prepared for service at all times
• Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and support cost-control initiatives within the outlet
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and service recovery situations with professionalism and care

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You have experience in a bartender or bar support role within a hotel, restaurant, lounge, or luxury hospitality environment
• You are passionate about mixology, beverage culture, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• You have strong knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and responsible alcohol service practices
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• You are comfortable using POS systems and handling cash and payment transactions accurately
• You communicate fluently in English and additional language skills would be an advantage
