Hiring: Operations / Projects Manager – Fit-Out & Technical Services

K-Crew Technical Services is looking for a strong and experienced Operations / Projects Manager to take full responsibility for day-to-day operations and project execution across fit-out, renovation, and technical services works.

We are looking for someone practical, organized, hands-on, and capable of managing multiple projects with full control over site activities, manpower, subcontractors, suppliers, client coordination, reporting, and handover.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations across active projects in Sharjah and Dubai

Oversee fit-out, renovation, and technical services execution from start to handover

Supervise engineers, labor teams, and subcontractors

Plan manpower allocation and daily site activities

Coordinate materials, procurement, and supplier follow-up

Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers

Monitor progress, quality, snagging, and final handover

Track variations, extra works, and site-related requirements

Prepare daily and weekly reports for management

Ensure projects are delivered professionally, efficiently, and on time

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in fit-out, renovation, or technical services

Strong knowledge of villa and interior finishing works

Experience in gypsum, painting, flooring, ceiling, joinery, and MEP coordination

Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Able to read drawings, BOQ, and handle site execution properly

UAE driving licence is preferred

Arabic is a plus

Immediate joiners are preferred

This is not a role for someone who only follows instructions.

We need someone who can take ownership, solve problems, control project execution, manage people properly, and reduce management involvement in daily operational details.

Salary will be discussed based on experience, capability, and suitability for the role.
