Marketing Executive-F&B

Job purpose

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive who will ensure that the marketing function is running efficiently day to day. Owns coordination, tracking, and administration so that the Head of Marketing, Creative Director, Head of Content, and Performance Marketing Executive can focus on strategy and execution rather than logistics.

This role does not set creative or strategic direction — it makes sure everyone else's work happens on time and stays organized.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate freelancers, agencies, and external vendors — briefing, scheduling, and following up on deliverables.
• Track and administer the marketing budget across all brands, including invoices and purchase orders.
• Maintain the central brand asset library (logos, guidelines, photography, past campaign files) so every brand's materials are organized and accessible.
• Own and update the launch pipeline tracker for brands in process — stage, owner, target date, blockers.
• Schedule shoots, campaign timelines, and cross-functional meetings between Creative, Content, and Performance Marketing.
• Maintains Brands digital presence – Website updates, In mall apps, Aggregators, communication platforms, reservation system
• Support the Marketing Manager/Head of Marketing with reporting, data organization, and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• 3–4 years in a marketing experience
• Highly organized, comfortable managing multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of project tracking tools and basic budget tracking.
• Strong written communication — this person liaises with vendors, freelancers, and internal stakeholders daily.
• F&B industry exposure is essential. Preferably managing multiple brands within high end luxury hospitality. Previous experience within Independent & Emaar Hospitality will be advantage.
• Confident and with clear understanding of brand guidelines & brand positioning
• Digitally savvy with strong understanding of social media channels, insights and reporting formats ( Instagram, Tik Tok, Meta Business Suit, AI search and GEO awareness
• Arabic speaker preferably but not mandatory
