Business Development Executive – Perfume, Cosmetics & Private Label

Al Jazeera Perfumes IND is looking for a motivated and active Business Development Executive to support business growth in perfumes, air fresheners, personal care products, cosmetics, and Private Label / OEM / ODM services.

The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales and business development skills, with the ability to identify new business opportunities, approach potential clients, understand market needs, and convert leads into successful orders.

This role is suitable for someone who can actively visit the market, build strong client relationships, introduce ready-made products, and bring new Private Label projects to the company.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new customers in the perfume, cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, wholesale, and distribution sectors
• Promote and sell the company’s ready-made products, including perfumes, air fresheners, and personal care products
• Generate new business opportunities for Private Label, OEM, and ODM projects
• Visit wholesalers, distributors, retailers, online shops, and brand owners
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate catalogs, samples, prices, and business proposals
• Follow up with customers until order confirmation
• Maintain customer records and provide regular reports on visits, inquiries, and follow-ups
• Help expand the company’s customer network, distributors, and business partners in the UAE and GCC markets
• Coordinate with internal teams to support customer projects and ensure smooth communication

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B sales, outdoor sales, or wholesale sales is required
• Knowledge or experience in the perfume, cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, wholesale, or Private Label industry is required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Ability to identify serious customers and develop long-term business relationships
• Familiarity with Private Label, OEM, or ODM is a strong advantage
• Good command of English and Arabic is required
• Valid UAE driving license is required
• Must be active, presentable, responsible, and target-oriented
