Talent Acquisition Specialist (Arabic Speaker)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment within the construction industry, with proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate technical and final interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies across relevant recruitment platforms.
• Conduct reference checks and support the offer negotiation process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare hiring reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company recruitment policies.
• Promote the employer brand and provide an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of total recruitment experience, including at least 3 years of recruitment experience in the UAE within a construction company.
• Proven experience recruiting for engineering, technical, and construction-related positions.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of UAE recruitment practices and labor market.
• Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Bayt, Naukrigulf, Indeed, or similar ATS systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for EPC, contracting, infrastructure, or construction projects.
• Strong network within the UAE construction industry.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Benefits

Pay: AED13,000.00 per month
