HR Coordinator

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team. This is a pivotal role designed for a budding HR professional who wants to master the full employee lifecycle within the UAE legal framework. You will not just support operations; you will ensure that our people experience is seamless, compliant, and professional.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process: posting vacancies, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
• Build relationships with universities and coordinate career fairs to attract top young talent.
• Lead the onboarding journey, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly through structured induction programs.

2. UAE Compliance & PRO Coordination

• Manage the end-to-end visa process (entry permits, residency, and labor contracts) in strict accordance with MOHRE and UAE immigration laws.
• Maintain digitized and physical employee files, ensuring 100% audit readiness.
• Stay updated on changes to the UAE Labor Law to ensure company policies remain compliant.

3. HR Operations & Payroll Support

• Administer employment contracts, offer letters, and official certificates (Salary, Experience, etc.).
• Manage attendance, leave tracking, and probation reviews.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate payroll data and support WPS (Wage Protection System) compliance.
• Coordinate medical insurance enrollments and renewals.

4. Employee Relations & Administration

• Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and the Code of Conduct.
• Support the General Manager in implementing internal HR audits and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience. We highly welcome ambitious fresh graduates with a strong desire to grow in HR.
• Knowledge: A fundamental understanding of UAE Labor Law and Visa processing is a significant advantage.
• Skills:
• Exceptional command of English (Written and Spoken).
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills with a "zero-error" mindset.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
