Visa Consultant

Job Title: Senior Global Visa Consultant (UAE Experience Mandatory)About the Role

Muwaileh Tourism is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Global Visa Consultant to join our growing team in the UAE.

We are seeking professionals with proven expertise in handling major international visa applications and providing accurate visa consultation to clients.

Mandatory Requirement (Please Read Before Applying)

This position is strictly for candidates with UAE experience handling international visa applications.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience processing visas for:

• Schengen Countries
• United Kingdom (UK)
• United States (USA)
• Canada
• Australia
• Other major international destinations

Applications without the above experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete visa processing from consultation to submission.
• Provide accurate guidance based on the latest immigration and visa regulations.
• Review and verify all supporting documents.
• Complete online visa applications and appointment bookings.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and VFS/BLS visa application centres.
• Monitor application progress and keep clients updated.
• Ensure high-quality documentation to maximize visa approval success.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing visa rules and requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Global Visa Consultant.
• Proven experience handling Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, and Australia visa applications.
• Strong knowledge of visa documentation and eligibility requirements.
• Ability to independently manage multiple visa applications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience using embassy, VFS, BLS, and other visa portals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
