About the Role

Join our team as a Guest Service Agent in Sharjah, UAE. This is an onsite role where you will work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Your main tasks will include managing check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area.
• Process payments and manage guest accounts accurately.
• Uphold high customer service standards at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in hotel management software, OperaCloud preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Cultural sensitivity to cater to diverse clientele.
