Safety Incharge (HSE Officer)

Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and procedures tailored to the specific industry and site operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions to prevent accidents and incidents.

Investigate all workplace accidents, near misses, and occupational health issues, determining root causes and implementing preventative measures to avoid recurrence.

Develop and deliver engaging HSE training programs for all employees, contractors, and visitors, fostering a strong safety culture throughout the organization. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Possession of professional certifications such as NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC), CSP, CIH, or equivalent.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HSE management within the construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, or a similar heavy industry.

Proven ability to interpret and apply national and international HSE legislation and standards.
