Regional Business Development Manager

Position: Regional Business Development Manager Location: Dubai, UAESalary: AED 32,000 - 38,000 Plus family benefits and sales incentivesGateworth are currently supporting a global manufacturing client, who specialise in designing pioneering technology solutions across industrial and consumer engineering segments.

Due to continued growth, our client is looking to hire an experienced Regional Business Development Manager. This role will be tasked with developing effective sales strategies to further expand the sales channel network and penetrate new markets across the Middle & Africa territories.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and execute regional growth strategies which align local market plans with wider corporate objectives.
• Contribute towards channel expansion, through identification, recruitment and onboarding of new strategic partners to establish high-performing distribution networks.
• Design tailored commercial frameworks, including partner induction, channel structuring, and promotional models.
• Implement targeted campaigns and localised partner training support to widen product accessibility and awareness in regional sectors.
• Conduct extensive travel across key markets to build and nurture long term B2B & B2G partnerships.
• Lead in depth market analysis to gather quality commercial intelligence which influences product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Our client will look to recruit a Technical Sales professional who has a proven track record in developing new business and strategic partnerships across multiple MEA markets within the industrial/engineering sector.
• The successful candidate should demonstrate the ability to engage and build effective relationships with stakeholders and external partners at all levels cross department/global territories.
• This role requires a strategic thinker who is able to work independently to develop effective growth plans whilst also adopting a hands on, front facing approach to business development.
