Linnk is looking for a Digital Product Owner / Manager โ Personal Financial Products to join our team in ๐ฅ๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ต!
Lead Product Development โ Own the end-to-end lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and continuous improvement.
Drive Innovation โ Shape the product roadmap, working with UX/UI, engineering, and data teams to create seamless, customer-centric digital experiences.
Own Technical Execution โ Translate strategy into actionable requirements, ensuring smooth development and integration within Agile frameworks.
Collaborate & Influence โ Align with IT, marketing, and leadership to drive adoption and ensure business success.
Measure & Optimize โ Track key performance metrics, leveraging insights to refine and enhance product offerings.
โ 8-9 years of experience as a Product Owner, with 5+ years in personal finance, fintech, or a related domain.
โ Proven success in launching and scaling digital products, with hands-on experience in Agile development and modern tech stacks (APIs, cloud, financial tech).
โ Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with IT teams.
โ Passion for customer-centric solutions in personal finance (loans, credit cards, mortgages, salary advance).
โ Bachelorโs degree in business, finance, or technology (MBA is a plus).
