Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and establishing strong client relationships.

As a Sales Manager, you will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies while maintaining a professional and motivational approach to achieve organizational objectives. This position requires Saudi nationality and offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in a competitive market.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management to ensure accountability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to support professional development
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management
• Customize sales approaches and strategies based on market conditions and organizational goals
• Oversee the onboarding and training of new sales team members to ensure consistency and excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align sales initiatives with broader organizational objectives

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales management experience in a corporate environment
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop talent
• Proficiency in developing and executing sales strategies and business plans
• Advanced proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and sales software
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage key accounts
• Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and P&L responsibility
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a results-oriented mindset
• Preferred: Experience in a specific industry vertical or market segment relevant to the organization
• Preferred: Advanced knowledge of market analysis and competitive positioning strategies
