Job Title: Finance & Supply Chain Manager – Ladeena (Beauty & Personal Care)

📍 Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Full-time | On-site

Ladeena is a homegrown Saudi beauty and personal care brand built around a simple idea: skincare and haircare should be natural, effective, and rooted in ingredients people trust — think nourishing oils and butters, formulated for real results. As we scale across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, we're growing fast — and we need someone who can build the operational backbone to match our ambition.

We're looking for a Finance & Supply Chain Manager to own the engine room of our business: finance, procurement, manufacturing partnerships, inventory, warehousing, and logistics — all under one roof.

This isn't a "manage what already exists" role. It's a "build it, fix it, scale it" role for someone who's hands-on, structured, and energized by fast-growing consumer brands.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

💰 Finance — budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, cash flow, AP/AR, audits, IFRS compliance

📦 Procurement — supplier negotiations, scorecards, cost savings, approval controls

🏭 Manufacturing Partners — OEM/ODM relationships, production planning, quality & cost oversight

📊 Supply Chain & Inventory — demand planning, SKU-level stock optimization, forecast accuracy

🏬 Warehousing — 3PL management, cycle counts, SOPs

🚚 Logistics — inbound/outbound, delivery performance, distributor & retail replenishment

⚙️ Systems — ERP improvements, KPI dashboards, process automation

👥 Team — leading finance, procurement, inventory, warehouse and logistics staff

WHAT YOU BRING

✅ 8–12 years of experience across finance, procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics

✅ Background in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce

✅ Hands-on experience with contract manufacturers/suppliers

✅ Strong ERP and financial systems know-how

✅ bachelor's in finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field (CPA/CMA/ACCA/CIMA or supply chain certs a plus)

✅ GCC experience preferred
