Senior Business Development & Partnerships Manager

About the Role

Daleel Store is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development & Partnerships Manager to lead and grow our B2B business. This role will focus on driving corporate sales and building strategic partnerships with banks, large enterprises, and corporate clients across the Kingdom.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals in the banking, fintech, or enterprise sector, along with an established network of decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy targeting corporates, banks, financial institutions, and enterprise clients
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, building a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions (loyalty programs, rewards, employee benefits, digital gifting solutions)
• Lead the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, pitching, negotiating commercial terms, contracting, and closing
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers at client organizations
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial offers tailored to enterprise clients
• Negotiate partnership agreements, pricing structures, and SLAs in coordination with legal and finance teams
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for corporate clients
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify new revenue streams and product opportunities
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, and report regularly on pipeline, forecasts, and performance to senior management

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or partnerships, with at least 3 years in a senior role
• Proven track record of selling to or partnering with banks, financial institutions, and large enterprises this is essential
• Strong existing network within the corporate and banking sector in Saudi Arabia / GCC
• Demonstrated success in closing large, complex deals and managing long sales cycles
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both Arabic and English
• Experience in e-commerce, digital gift cards, fintech, loyalty programs, or payments is a strong plus
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced, growth stage environment
