• Job Purpose*

The Client Relationship Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients applying for citizenship and residency by investment programmes. The role involves managing the client journey from onboarding to approval, coordinating with legal teams, government authorities, and internal departments, while ensuring a seamless, compliant, and exceptional client experience.

• Key Responsibilities*
• Manage client relationships throughout the entire application process.

-⁠ ⁠Identify and develop new business opportunities through B2B partnerships (e.g., private banks, law firms, wealth managers, real estate developers, family offices) to generate qualified client referrals.

-⁠ ⁠Contribute to sales targets and business development initiatives alongside daily relationship management duties.

• ⁠⁠Collect, review, verify, and organize all required legal and personal documentation.
• ⁠⁠Prepare and coordinate application files in compliance with programme requirements.
• ⁠⁠Liaise with legal partners, government authorities, and due diligence providers.
• ⁠⁠⁠Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate case management and timely submissions.
• ⁠⁠Maintain clear communication with clients by providing regular updates and guidance.
• Requirements & Qualifications*
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required.
• ⁠⁠Minimum 5 years' experience as a Relationship Manager / Account Manager serving VIP, HNW, or ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• ⁠⁠Prior experience in citizenship and residency by investment is a strong plus.
• ⁠Proven track record in business development or B2B sales, ideally within private banking, wealth management, real estate, or luxury/VIP client services.
• ⁠⁠Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
