Representative

Role Description This is a part-time Representative role with a hybrid work arrangement based in Sydney, NSW, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide product and service information, and resolve issues via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Day-to-day tasks include processing orders, updating customer records, coordinating with internal teams, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves learning product offerings, adhering to company policies, and contributing feedback to improve processes and customer experience.

The Representative is expected to manage time effectively, maintain professional communication, and support a positive team culture.
