About the Role

Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Assist with employee onboarding and orientation programs.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Support payroll administration and attendance tracking.

Facilitate internal communication between HR and other departments.

Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements

Saudi nationality is mandatory.

Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

Previous experience in HR coordination or related role is preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Good interpersonal and communication abilities.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
