Halian is a global technology recruitment and workforce solutions business, supporting organisations across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the US.As we continue to grow our Dubai team, we are looking for an experienced 180 Recruiter to join our technology recruitment function, focusing on candidate delivery across the Middle East and Asian markets.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for building strong candidate networks, sourcing top technology talent, and supporting our consultants with high-quality delivery across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage technology professionals across the Middle East and Asia.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Conduct proactive headhunting and market mapping.
• Manage candidate pipelines and deliver against recruitment targets.
• Partner with consultants to support client requirements.
• Use LinkedIn, databases, and networking to identify top talent.

About You

Experienced recruiter within IT/Technology recruitment.

Proven experience recruiting across the Middle East market.

Previous experience recruiting within Asia is highly desirable.

Strong sourcing, headhunting, and candidate engagement skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international recruitment environment.

Motivated by targets, growth, and career progression.
