Leasing Consultant

Abdulmohsen Al-Rossais & Sons Group Company is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting prospective tenants, understanding their needs, presenting suitable properties, negotiating lease terms, and closing leasing deals while delivering an outstanding customer experience and achieving occupancy targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants through all communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings while professionally presenting available units.
• Negotiate lease terms and close leasing agreements to achieve occupancy targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and landlords.
• Coordinate with the Contracts team to ensure a smooth lease signing and unit handover process.
• Maintain accurate customer and property records in the company's CRM, ERP, and Ejar systems.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into signed lease agreements.
• Stay up to date with available inventory, pricing, promotions, and market trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate leasing or property sales.
• Valid FAL Real Estate Brokerage License.
• Good knowledge of Riyadh's real estate market and districts.
• Experience using the Ejar platform and real estate systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and sales skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Valid driving license and own transportation.
