Leasing Manager

Job Summary

One of our clients are seeking Leasing Manager who is responsible for planning, directing, and managing all leasing activities across the company’s real estate portfolio.

The role focuses on maximizing property occupancy, rental income, and overall portfolio profitability by developing effective leasing strategies, identifying prospective tenants, negotiating commercially favorable lease terms, and ensuring the efficient execution and renewal of lease agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Achieve annual occupancy, leasing, and revenue targets.
• Conduct market research and analyze rental rates, supply, demand, and competitor activities.
• Recommend competitive rental rates for available units and commercial spaces.
• Market vacant properties and identify prospective tenants.
• Manage the complete leasing process, from initial inquiries and property viewings to contract signing and unit handover.
• Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, renewals, incentives, and other contractual conditions.
• Prepare and review leasing proposals, agreements, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with legal and finance departments to ensure lease agreements comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Monitor lease expiration dates and manage renewals, terminations, and tenant move-outs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants.
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with property management, maintenance, marketing, legal, and finance teams.
• Follow up on rent collection and outstanding payments in coordination with the finance department.
• Maintain an accurate database of tenants, prospects, available units, and leasing activities.
• Prepare regular reports on occupancy rates, rental income, vacancies, renewals, and leasing performance.
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate the leasing team while ensuring individual and departmental targets are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with applicable real estate regulations, lease-registration requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or property management, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, rental rates, and leasing practices.
• Experience in lease negotiations, contract management, and tenant relations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or property-management systems.
