Operations Manager

Kansas is seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, optimize processes, and ensure seamless business performance across our locations.

Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Manage branch operations and ensure smooth business continuity✅ Oversee inventory, stock movement, and replenishment✅ Coordinate with vendors and suppliers✅ Improve operational efficiency and implement SOPs✅ Monitor KPIs, audits, compliance, and reporting✅ Support inventory optimization and aging stock management✅ Identify and manage slow-moving or aging inventory.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UAE operations/retail operations experience
• Strong experience in inventory and vendor management
• Experience managing multiple locations preferred
• Electronics, telecom, CCTV, or technology industry experience is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement best practices to increase productivity.
