• We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, guest communications, and administrative functions.

Job Summary

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our holiday home portfolio. You will manage guest inquiries, coordinate with internal teams and service providers, oversee administrative tasks, and help deliver a seamless experience from booking to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest & Reservation Management
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries across Guesty or Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and other booking platforms.
• Assist guests before, during, and after their stay.
• Coordinate check-in and check-out processes.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and issue resolution professionally.
• Monitor booking calendars and reservation updates.
• Operations Management
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure all units are guest-ready and maintained to Palazzo Luxe standards.
• Schedule cleaning, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in implementing and improving operational procedures.
• Administrative

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate booking and guest records.
• Prepare reports on occupancy, guest feedback, and operational performance.
• Organize contracts, invoices, and operational documentation.
• Manage inventory for guest supplies and property essentials.
• Assist with business permits, compliance requirements, and property documentation.
• Support finance with payment tracking and operational records.
• Team Coordination
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external service providers.
• Coordinate schedules for housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Ensure operational tasks are completed on time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, hospitality, property management, customer service, or administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, or property management systems is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Experience coordinating vendors and service providers.

Knowledge of UAE holiday home operations is a plus.
