About the Role

We're looking for someone to manage our relationships with manufacturers and lead new products from idea to launch. You'll make sure our current products stay in stock and on schedule, while also working with our design team to bring new products to life — sourcing the right manufacturers, negotiating cost and timelines, and seeing each product through to launch.

You'll work closely with our Demand Planning, Design, and E-commerce teams across the US and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day Operations & Supply
• Be the main point of contact for our manufacturers, making sure production stays on track and we don't run out of stock.
• Work with the Demand Planning team to figure out which products and sales channels to prioritize, based on demand.
• Regularly negotiate pricing with manufacturers to get the best cost without compromising on quality or delivery timelines.
• Work with more than one manufacturer for the same product where possible, so we always have backup options and stronger negotiating power.
• Coordinate quality checks and inspections with manufacturers, and fix issues before they affect stock.
• Spot potential delays or problems early, and come up with solutions before they turn into bigger issues.
• New Product Development
• Work with our design team to turn new product ideas into something that can actually be sourced and manufactured.
• Find and compare multiple manufacturers who can make a new product, looking at cost, quality, and how fast they can deliver.
• Negotiate cost and delivery timelines with manufacturers to hit our target launch dates.
• Research the market to figure out the right pricing for new products, and calculate profit margins.
• Own the full process from idea to finished product, making sure everything is ready on time and meets our standards.

Competencies

• Experience working with and negotiating with multiple suppliers or manufacturers at once
• Good with numbers — comfortable working out costs, margins, and pricing
• Understands demand planning and inventory — knows what to prioritize and when
• Strong negotiator
• Comfortable doing research to make informed, data-backed decisions
• Good communicator who works well across teams (planning, design, quality, e-commerce)
• Open to working across different markets (US, Europe, UK)
• Self-starter who takes full ownership of a project from start to finish
• Qualifications & Experience5–8 years of experience in operations, supply chain, sourcing, or a similar role in ecommerce or consumer goods
• Experience working with multiple manufacturers or suppliers at the same time, ideally across different countries
• Experience negotiating costs and managing supplier pricing
• Experience researching markets and pricing to support business decisions
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Experience taking new products from idea through to launch
• Experience with US, Europe, or UK markets is a plus
