Technical Project Manager / Technical Lead

JPLoft is offering a Technical Project Manager job in Jeddah for experienced and ambitious candidates who are passionate about technology. A technical lead should be able to perform all necessary tasks related to company systems, including troubleshooting any technical issues. They must oversee the development and implementation of any system through all steps of the process.

They must make sure their team is fully trained and able to perform their jobs. The technical manager is the point person for any issues that arise within the team.

Job Description

• Should have the technical knowledge of Web and Mobile App Development.
• Experience as a Technical/Domain/Module Lead.
• Experience in International Projects with client interaction.
• Develop and lead the teams while ensuring that the team meets business requirements while creating an environment wherein people feel inspired to work and put people above everything.
• Write new project proposals and work with the team to provide release plans.
• Responsible for delivering on time with quality.
• Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects by working closely with people.
• Technically grounded and committed to following the Agile development process.
• Experience in documentation like use cases documents, BRD, FRS, technical design documents, status reports, etc.
• The individual will be required to interact with clients, do an assessment of incoming inquiries, coordinate with technical managers on getting enquires estimated, create formal proposals for projects, and interact effectively with prospective clients over email, phone, and instant messengers.
• Should have experience in client handling and writing project plans.
• Assist with the maintenance and support of new and existing features by liaising with the QA and support teams to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Cost estimation shared with the client accordingly to requirements.

Skills Required

• Strong conceptual and planning skills.
• Technical project manager with a total of 4+ years of IT experience. Good communication (verbal and written), time management skills, fast learner, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiative and handling multiple projects simultaneously. Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development.
• The person should have worked previously on online marketplaces/Online Bidding such as Freelancer, Upwork, PPH, and Guru.
• Require Good Technical Knowledge in Android, iOS Flutter, MEAN, MERN, Salesforce, PHP, React Native, AWS, Frameworks, Mobile Apps, and Web Architectures.
• Team leadership ability, cooperative and flexible.
• Good problem-solving abilities with the ability to identify and contribute to solutions for the company in a collaborative environment.
