How You’ll Make An ImpactPlan, organize, and control resources for business projects within the manufacturing plant.

Develop detailed project schedules and define project scope aligned with business needs.

Oversee project implementation, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.

Monitor project status, including cost, timing, and staffing, reporting to management and stakeholders.

Manage project budgets, conduct financial forecasting, and maintain cost controls.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation for reporting and auditing purposes.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.7-10 years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proven expertise in project lifecycle management and financial oversight.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with transformer technology is preferred.
