About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development & Client Acquisition Executive with mid-level experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, introducing Creative Cavalier’s services to potential clients, building strong professional relationships, and converting qualified leads into interior design projects.

While the position is based at our Jeddah office, the role requires frequent external meetings, client visits, networking, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective clients in the residential, hospitality, retail, restaurant, and commercial sectors.
• Generate qualified leads and secure new interior design and fit-out projects.
• Present Creative Cavalier’s services, portfolio, and capabilities professionally to potential clients.
• Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients, developers, architects, consultants, and business owners.
• Understand clients’ requirements, budgets, project timelines, and design expectations.
• Coordinate with the design and management teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and project presentations.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and professional partners.
• Attend relevant exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings when required.
• Support the company in achieving its monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor the local market and identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
• Candidate Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or account management.
• Previous experience in interior design, architecture, construction, furniture, real estate, fit-out, or a related industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Confident in meeting clients and developing professional relationships.
• Proactive, organised, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good command of Arabic and English.
• Good knowledge of the Jeddah market and local business environment.
• Valid driving licence and access to transportation are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary based on experience.
• Commission ranging from 1% to 2% on each successfully acquired project, subject to the company’s commission policy.
