The Projects Sales Representative is responsible for generating and growing the company's project sales within the sanitary ware and building materials industry.

The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners, promoting the company's products, preparing quotations, negotiating commercial terms, and managing the sales process from lead generation to project completion while ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new project opportunities within the sanitary ware and building materials market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, project owners, and key decision-makers.
• Promote and present the company's products and solutions to prospective clients.
• Conduct regular customer visits and project site visits to generate new business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, product proposals, and pricing in coordination with the relevant departments.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and commercial agreements with customers.
• Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and project requirements to ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate with the Sales Support, Warehouse, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects to identify new sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the company's CRM or reporting system.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Project Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development, preferably in the sanitary ware, building materials, construction, or related industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to read project requirements and prepare commercial quotations.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
