Admin Assistant Intern (Tamheer)

Program: Tamheer (HRDF/Hadaf on-the-job training)

Duration: 6 months

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

About the role

SERB is hosting a Tamheer intern to support the Administrative department with day-to-day office operations. This is a training opportunity for Saudi nationals to gain hands-on workplace experience, building skills toward future full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily administrative tasks: filing, data entry, document management
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
• Maintain and update office records and databases
• Assist with procurement of office supplies and inventory tracking
• Support HR/admin coordination (Qawa,GOSI,tracking, onboarding )

Requirements

• Saudi national, registered on Taqat and eligible for the Tamheer program
• Recent graduate (diploma or bachelor's) in business administration, management, or related field
• Not currently employed and not enrolled in another Tamheer/training program
• Good command of Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn and open to feedback
