Recruitment and Onboarding Officer

About the Role

Technibora Healthcare and Business Services provides recruitment, administrative and operational support to healthcare facilities and business organizations in Qatar. We are looking for a Recruitment and Onboarding Officer who can manage the hiring process from candidate sourcing through successful employee onboarding.

You will work closely with department managers, HR colleagues and selected candidates to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently and new employees receive a professional and well-organized introduction to the company. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate recruitment records, coordinating interviews and supporting workforce planning across different departments.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing

Advertise job vacancies through appropriate recruitment platforms, professional networks and internal referral channels.

Application Screening

Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the qualifications and experience required for each role.

Interview Coordination

Schedule interviews, communicate with applicants and ensure hiring managers receive all necessary candidate information before each interview.

Candidate Assessment

Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, availability and suitability for the position.

Offer Management

Prepare employment offers, coordinate approvals and maintain professional communication with selected candidates throughout the hiring process.

Employee Onboarding

Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including document collection, orientation schedules, system access and departmental introductions.

Document Verification

Review employment documents, identification records, certificates and other required information to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Recruitment Records

Maintain updated candidate databases, recruitment reports, interview notes and onboarding records.

Hiring Manager Support

Work with department managers to understand staffing requirements, prepare job descriptions and establish realistic recruitment timelines.

Compliance

Ensure recruitment and onboarding activities follow company policies, confidentiality standards and applicable employment requirements in Qatar.

Recruitment Reporting

Prepare regular reports covering open vacancies, interview progress, candidate status, hiring timelines and onboarding completion.

What We Are Looking For

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources or employee onboarding.

Education

A diploma or bachelor degree in human resources, business administration, management or a related field.

Recruitment Skills

Practical experience in candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination and offer preparation.

Organizational Skills

Strong ability to manage several vacancies and candidate processes at the same time while meeting deadlines.

Communication Skills

Professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with candidates and hiring managers.

Technical Skills

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms and HR databases.

Attention to Detail

Ability to maintain accurate records, review documents carefully and follow established procedures.

Pay: QAR67,000.00 - QAR70,000.00 per year
