Q Core HR Consultancy is expanding, and we are looking for highly experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our growing team.

Specialized in Overseas Recruitment solutions across GCC

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for overseas recruitment services
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies across Qatar
• Achieve monthly business and sales targets
• Coordinate with management and recruitment team for client requirements
• Ensure excellent client servicing and long-term business relationships

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or similar role
• Experience in recruitment agencies / manpower supply / HR consultancy
• Strong knowledge of Qatar market
• Existing network with HR departments, procurement teams, or decision makers
• Proven ability to generate business and close deals

Salary: Attractive Salary + High Commission (Based on performance)
