Internal Sales Agent

We are looking for Inside Real Estate Agents to help pursue our mission: simplifying the homeownership journey with consolidated services, transparent pricing, and most importantly, a client-centric philosophy.In the role, youll be the primary point of contact for The Pearl Gates prospects who are on the path to purchasing or selling their home or even renting.

Agents engage qualified prospects to help them understand how to buy homes, list homes, rental homes, and negotiate real estate contracts.

Alongside managing a pipeline of clients, youll work collaboratively with mortgage advisors, and conveying officers to accelerate growth across multiple business lines, while maintaining a premium client experience.Heres what youll need to know about the role, our team, and what it takes to succeed at The Pearl GatesIn your first 30 days, you will:

Complete real estate basic training requirements.

Master our client-centric sales and service process front-to-back

Learn our unique approach to Competitive Market Analysis

Complete our introductory Consultative Sales training

Become a subject matter expert in all business linesIn your first 90 days, you will:

Shadow all stages of the buying or leasing process with our seasoned agents

Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for our clients as they set up their home search, tour home, write offers, and navigate the contract period

Complete your first client transaction

Build on your communications and technical knowledge through learning modules, proprietary training, and live coaching
