Senior Sales Executive

We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive for our startup business specializing in FMCG products, including Batteries, Electronics, Home Appliances, Car Lubricants and Additives, and Vehicle Spare Parts. The role focuses on driving B2B sales and expanding our market reach.

Responsibilities include creating and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, leading the sales team, and supporting recruitment and training of new members.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits to promote products and generate sales.
• Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and close sales.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in Qatar.
• Experience in selling automotive products, electronics, home appliances, or related FMCG products is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.

Pay: From QAR4,500.00 per month
