Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and versatile IT & Marketing Executive to manage our company's IT systems while supporting digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience with digital marketing platforms, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and networking equipment.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance and updates.
• Manage user accounts, email systems, and data backups.
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices and maintain data security.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for social media platforms and company websites.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Design marketing materials using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Monitor website performance and marketing analytics using Google Analytics and similar tools.
• Support branding, promotional campaigns, and lead generation activities.
• Coordinate with the sales team to develop marketing strategies and promotional materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT support and digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, Microsoft 365, and basic cybersecurity.
• Experience with social media management, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Basic video editing skills.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation tools.

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
