Urgent Hiring: Restaurant Manager

Locally available in Qatar and Can Start Immediately.

Location: Doha, Qatar

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations
• Lead and manage Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
• Supervise, coach, and develop restaurant staff.
• Monitor sales, food cost, labor cost, and overall profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
• Drive operational improvements and business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, inventory management, and cost control.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Arab nationals preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
