Site Manager / Construction Manager

Site Manager – Desalination / RO Plant Project | Qatar

We are is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team for a major Desalination / Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant Project in Qatar.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all site construction activities.
• Coordinate with the Main Contractor, Client, Consultant, and project stakeholders.
• Supervise Site Engineers, Supervisors, QC, HSE, and subcontractor teams.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily and weekly reports.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, HSE regulations, and QA/QC procedures.
• Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years as a Site Manager on industrial/EPC projects.
• Proven experience in Desalination (SWRO/RO/MED/MSF), Water Treatment, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Plant, or Industrial Projects.
• Strong experience in mechanical erection, piping systems, tanks, and equipment installation.
• GCC experience is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
• Valid passport with at least 1 year validity.

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
