Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI. Oversee SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.

Identify market trends, customer behavior, and competitive opportunities. Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure effective campaign execution. Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for management. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.

Mandatory experience in the Travel & Tourism industry. Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and performance marketing. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. Must be currently based in Kuwait.
