• Quality assurance: oversee every dish from preparation to presentation, ensuring it meets the highest standards of taste and aesthetics.
• Operational excellence: manage inventory, supplier relationships, and kitchen costs to maintain profitability without compromising quality.
• Health and safety stewardship: enforce rigorous hygiene and safety protocols to create a safe and compliant kitchen environment.
