Position: Senior Project Manager

Location: Manama, Capital Governorate, Bahrain

Salary: BHD 2,800–4,500 per month

Short Professional Job Description

Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex engineering and construction projects. Oversee project schedules, budgets, resources, and risk management while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from initiation through completion
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
• Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and performance metrics
• Manage project teams, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, contractual obligations, and quality standards
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and change requests
• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to senior management and clients
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
• 2-3+ years of experience managing large-scale engineering or construction projects
• Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools (PMP certification is preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Pay: BD2,800.000 - BD4,500.000 per month
