Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Home Appliances Division to lead and drive the growth of our retail showroom operations, B2B sales, and B2C distribution business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in home appliance sales, team leadership, business development, and market expansion.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage sales operations, develop marketing initiatives, and lead a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Valid GCC Driving License.

Experience and Requirements

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in retail sales of home appliances, consumer electronics, or kitchen appliances.
• Currently working in a Team Leader, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Division Manager, or higher leadership role.
• Proven experience managing retail showrooms and distribution networks.
• Strong exposure to both B2B and B2C sales channels.
• Bahraini or Arabic National preferred. Candidates currently residing in Bahrain will be given preference.
• Experience working with leading home appliance brands and retail showroom networks will be an advantage.

Pay: BD1,000.000 - BD1,200.000 per month
