Sales Manager – Logistics (Arabic Speaker)

About the Role

Our client, a well-established logistics and supply chain solutions provider in Bahrain, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager (Arabic Speaker) to drive business growth and expand its customer portfolio. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in logistics sales, strong market knowledge within Bahrain and the GCC, and the ability to build long-term relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and integrated logistics services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, key accounts, and business partners.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and account management.
• Prepare competitive quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to customer requirements.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
• Represent the company at networking events, trade exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, transportation, or supply chain services.
• Strong knowledge of Bahrain and GCC logistics markets.
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage key customer accounts.
• Experience in air freight, sea freight, land transportation, customs clearance, and warehousing services is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
