Product & Program Coordinator

Location: Dubai, UAEContract Duration: 12 Months (Extendable)We are hiring a Product & Program Coordinator to work on a project for one of our clients in the e- commerce and payments space. This role sits behind co-branded card and payments programmes, keeping them organised, on schedule, and moving — from roadmap tracking and requirements through launch readiness and post-launch performance.

You will be the person who holds the delivery discipline together: running the governance, chasing the dependencies, keeping a large and varied stakeholder group aligned, and making sure decisions get recorded and acted on. It suits someone who is genuinely good at coordination and follow- through, and who knows the cards and payments world well enough to understand what they are coordinating.

We are looking for someone with 4 to 6 years in product or programme coordination, product operations, or project management, with real exposure to co-branded card or payments initiatives.

The work itselfCoordinating the plan is the backbone of the role. You will keep product and programme plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables tracked across multiple workstreams, and make sure things land when they are supposed to.

You will track the roadmap end to end — enhancement requests, requirements, UAT, and launch- readiness activity — supporting the full product lifecycle from requirements through launch and into post-launch monitoring.

Governance is a core part of the job. You will run the governance forums, maintain RAID logs, action trackers, and decision records, and stay on top of stakeholder follow-ups so nothing quietly stalls.

You will monitor how the product and portfolio are actually performing, across acquisition, activation, engagement, spend, and operational metrics, and turn that into executive updates, dashboards, status summaries, and recommendations that senior stakeholders can act on. Throughout, you will drive alignment across a wide group: product, marketing, operations, technology, risk, compliance, analytics, banking partners, and external stakeholders.

You will surface risks, issues, and blockers early, escalate them properly, and keep product documentation, business requirements, change records, and governance artefacts clean and current.

What you need to haveMandatory

• 4 to 6 years in product or programme coordination, product operations, project management, or PMO, within payments, cards, banking, fintech, e-commerce, or financial services
• Proven experience supporting co-branded card or payments product initiatives — launches, enhancements, or portfolio optimisation
• Strong governance and delivery discipline: milestone tracking, RAID management, action tracking, and status reporting
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across product, marketing, operations, technology, risk, compliance, analytics, and external partners
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPointStrong analytical, communication, documentation, follow-up, and meeting-facilitation skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Immediately available or on a notice period of up to 30 days
• Preferred:
• Power BI or other dashboarding experience
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management, go-to-market, UAT, and post-launch monitoring
• An understanding of card acquisition, activation, customer lifecycle, portfolio performance, and what drives spend growth
• Experience working with banking partners, third-party vendors, and delivery teams
• Familiarity with delivery tooling such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or Monday.com
• Business requirements gathering, change-request tracking, and process mapping

• Organised, persistent about follow- up, and comfortable holding a room of senior stakeholders to their actions without being the loudest person in it. You should be able to write clearly enough that an executive update lands in one read, and know the cards and payments space well enough that you are coordinating with understanding rather than just moving items between columns.
